Okay, so I finished this marvelous book! (Woo go me!) and I’ll post the full updated review after I have finished writing what I have to say. Okay, I have a confession. I hate reading the last book in a series. I have been ‘reading’ Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick for the past month… Because I just don’t want it to end. After I finished my goodreads review on Predestined, I started reading Ceaseless. And after just reading the prologue, I didn’t want to go any further. I’m not always like this, I wasn’t with Percy Jackson or Hunger Games. But lately, this has been happening all to often. Just a little woe I thought I ought to get off my chest. Here’s the updated goodreads review. I’ll write a me review some other time, I have some jobs I have to do.

Wow, this book is pretty good. It’s surprising, infuriating, and what little fluff it has is adorable :3 Gotta get back to it!”

Well this is indeed getting interesting. Although the first book did disappoint slightly, maybe this one will have a good cliffhanger ending that’ll leave me begging for more? Leif is really starting to annoy me.. And gods, can Dank get any more cuter!! I didn’t like Gee at first I even thought she might be one of the bad guys, but I’ve really warmed up to her now.I’ll have to continue this book later “

Awh! I so didn’t see that coming! 😥 But Dank’s reaction to Pagens former boyfriend, priceless. Made me laugh at a sad point in the book. It’s getting very interesting, I’m curious to see what Dank, Pagen and Gee are going to do about Leif! Drama, drama, drama I love it!”

Well, isn’t this getting interesting! Although somethings I was previously upset about have been.. Understood. I now have a million new unanswered questions due to the one answer. Gosh Abbi is good, I bet NO ONE saw that coming!”

Wow, this book… AMAZING! Okay, the first one took me a while to get into, and I was really worried this one would be the same. But I was so wrong! Filled with love, action, mystery and bravery, I think this trilogy is quickly going to find it’s way to my top ten list. That is if Ceaseless delivers. The ending certainly left me hanging, and desperate for more. It wasn’t one of those massive cliffhangers, rather a more subtle cliffhanger. It sort of leaves you wondering. And it’s because of that, that I can’t wait to read the third book! The character developments and personalities is marvelous. The way we can read how much Pagen has changed Dank is what really gets me. He tells us that even from a young age, Pagen had basically stolen his heart (even though he doesn’t technically have a heart.. Or a soul..), it’s rather romantic. And the way the climax played out. Well Abbi has a talent for playing out our fantasies. She put into words what we all hoped would happen with the confrontation! I was really worried something bad would happen at the end, but it looks to be just the opposite! Lets hope my assumption is correct.
I give this book 4 out of 5 stars, because although I loved it thoroughly.. I felt like there could have been more in certain parts.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes book about Paranormal Romance and Fallen Angels.
I also encourage people to give new books a try. Even if it doesn’t sound like your type of book, give it a shot. You might find you have a love for a whole new genre.
