The Mother Road by Meghan Quinn – ★★★★ – New Adult Humour Romance

REVIEW HERE

Dauntless (Valiant Hearts #1) by Dina L. Sleiman – ★★★★★ – YA Historical Christian Fantasy Romance

I know I haven’t read a lot of Christian lit – mostly because half of it is preachy and the other half is plain old boring – but this was subtle, yet clear, and I loved it.  In my experience and belief it was believable and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel. + Robin Hood vibes.

Prophet (Books of the Infinite #1) by R.J Larson – ★★★★★ – YA Historical Christian Adventure

I’m making it known that not only is this the best Christian book (series) I have ever read but it’s also one of my favorite reads for 2017.  Marketed as ‘The Old Testament meets Fantasy‘ this book was everything I could have ever wanted in a Christian book and more.  Even if you aren’t a Christian, this book is amazing and almost feels like a fantasy so I highly recommend picking it up.  It’s free on Kindle HERE.

Judge (Books of the Infinite #2) by R.J Larson – ★★★★★ – YA Historical Christian Adventure Romance

King (Books of the Infinite #3) by R.J Larson – ★★★★★ – YA Historical Christian Adventure Romance

Frostblood (Frostblood Saga #1) by Elly Blake – ★★★★ – YA Fantasy Romance

Filled with YA tropes, and pretty predictable but still a fun read.  3.5 stars.

Hot Dudes Reading by Hot Dudes Reading – ★★★★ – Adult Non-Fiction Humour Photography

Literally just pictures of hot guys reading in New York (with words).

She Walks In Power (Protectors of the Spear #1) by MaryLu Tyndall – ★★★★ – YA Historical Christian Fantasy Romance

Robin Hood vibes.

Jackaby (Jackaby #1) by William Ritter – ★★ – Young Adult Historical Paranormal

Marketed as Doctor Who meets Sherlock.  2.5 (was good I just wasn’t in the mood for it).

Seductive Powers (The Capes #1) by Rebecca Royce – ★★ – Adult Urban Fantasy Paranormal (Superheroes) Romance

I really want a YA/NA story about superheroes – this was okay, but it’s not quite what I want.  If anyone has any recommendations comment them down below.

Pucked Off (Pucked #5) by Helena Hunting – ★★★ – New Adult Contemporary Sports (Hockey) Romance

The Accidental Movie Star (Accidental #1) by Emily Evans – ★★★★ – YA Contemporary Romance
