I was in a bit of a reading slump because all I was wanting to read is Four Day Fling by Emma Hart –
which comes out in a few days – and all the books I was picking up simply weren’t that book and so I usually ended up putting them down – so I asked in Emma’s Facebook author group for some rom-com recommendations and the lovely Stacy Garcia recommended Bookerangers and I am so thankful, I haven’t laughed this much while reading, or simply laughed this much, in a really long time and it was AMAZING I loved the entire story! I thought I wouldn’t love it because I don’t usually go for books with protagonists that much older than myself (I’m 21 and Spencer is 33) but I loved it, literally up there now with my favourite romances list! So thank you Stacy for the epic recommendation, I think it was exactly what I needed!

Awkward by Lily Kate – ★★★★★ – New Adult Contemporary Romance

So I just ended up making a new blog because of this book. I 100% blame this book for how I now have a blog dedicated to my trials in romance (as few as those trials are given I’ve never dated, live in a small town with no eligible prospects and am a virgin)- and no I’m not telling anyone what it’s called, at least not until I have some decent content on there…(Or I might delete it later). But anyway, I loved this book. There was a moment there where I wasn’t on board with things – I hate miscommunication and the awkwardness it creates… but it all evened out nicely and I could have sworn Jack’s mother was going to pull a Fairy God Mother and help the two of them find their way to one another, but no she was just a clueless idiot that said too much. Highly recommend!

Four Day Fling by Emma Hart – ★★★★★ – New Adult Contemporary Romantic Comedy

Emma Hart can do no wrong – another amazing romantic comedy that had me laughing and smiling the whole way through!

Compound 26 (#1 The Makanza) by Krista Street – ★★★ – Romantic Science Fiction Dystopian
